The POM Perfect Cocktail (Gluten-Free)

June 30, 2010

All you need is a pitcher, serving glasses, Hibiscus tea or Red Zinger Tea, 1 bottle of champagne, 2 small bottles (8 oz.) of POM Wonderful pomegranate juice, the juice of 1 lime and lemon, liquid stevia, fresh blackberries.

*Boring Disclosure: POM Wonderful did send me a complimentary package of their 100% Pomegranate Juice. I would have chosen to make the cocktail with their juice regardless if they sent it to me or not, because I like their products.

*Agave, raw honey or organic cane sugar would work in place of the liquid stevia.

Can you use agave in place of stevia if we prefer not to use artificial sweeteners?

Sure Sarah- Agave would work as a substitution. I have tried honey before as well and that worked great.

Gosh I must try this, with the honey of course and no chemical sugar substitutes for me or my family. Honey has so many benefits and so many uses we need to save our honey bees in order to save our honey and our very way of life.

Beautiful, Jessica! I’m a POM girl, for sure. I was so lucky to go to their blogger harvest festival last year. I want one of these … or two … or … 😉

Thank you Shirley! 🙂 That harvest festival sounds fun! And yes, it is easy to have 1 or 3 of these 🙂
